Since AllianceBlock (now Nexera) began its journey in 2018, we have continuously evolved in terms of our product, solutions and team. Faculty Group is one of our early collaborators, incubating us early on and playing a key role in developing our cryptocurrency execution strategy.

Faculty Group is a collective of synergistic blockchain-native firms that offer bespoke solutions to support the growth and success of digital assets companies. The collective has serviced over 100 clients, launched nine projects, invested in over 120 projects, and raised over $40m of capital. Their structure enables them to invest, advise and incubate projects at any stage of their lifecycle. They have deep technical expertise and a forward-thinking approach and are passionate about a future with Web3 at the center. They have an Incubation arm called Faculty Lab, which provides a complete go-to-market solution for next-generation blockchain projects. The program focuses on corporate structuring, token and financial modeling, global networking, specialty marketing, distribution and market penetration, funding, secondary market services, and business development.

In 2020, AllianceBlock was incubated by Faculty Lab, and their expertise was integral in guiding our vision during our initial stages as a start-up. They gave vital advice that enabled us to structure the company effectively, establish a go-to-market strategy for our cryptocurrency activities, provide the tools to grow the marketing and business development teams and help establish key relationships that lead to key partnerships. This guidance was essential to the initial growth and market penetration, and throughout the partnership, we have derived exceptional value from their ongoing commitment.

More recently, the Faculty Group shared their valuable guidance and expertise in our transition from the legacy ALBT token to the AllianceBlock Nexera Token NXRA, heralding our next era. They provided vital resources and advice on approaching this transition and helped us navigate the communication and strategic activities. They are essential to our journey into AllianceBlock’s next era as we bring practical use cases and solutions utilizing the NXRA and the Nexera Protocol to life.
